  Please be aware. Drs. Hawkins no longer own this business. There is now a nurse/practioner named Lynn Cote practicing at this location whom I have had a nightmare experience with. I have seen things in my record that never happened and other items in my record that stated things I never told them - for example, my record says that I had chicken pox as a child - news to me - I have never had chicken pox. I have been told that I requested certain medications from the nurse who takes your history. When I asked who I supposedly said this to, Lynn Cote then stated that I asked her for the medication. That is an absolute lie and I am not the one who brought the subject up at all - it was Lynn Cote that did. When I asked for my records I saw that it was written in there that I asked for the medication. Folks, this never happened. Then I asked if certain information was put into my record and I was told it was not. When I got a copy of my records, I saw that it, indeed, was put into my record, which was the second lie that was told to me that day by Lynn Cote. She does not listen to you when you talk and assumes things that are not true, and God help you if you try to straighten it out. I can see a misunderstanding, but outright lies are not acceptable. If you decide to see this nurse practioner, I suggest you bring along a tape recorder. I have no experience with Dr. Fluke, the other practioner at this address other than his wanting to call the police when I demanded answers about why I was lied to.
